 Jim and Jane Moran made a commitment to each other in 1965 as marriage partners and bring that same commitment to their Real Estate careers. They began selling real estate in 1989 in the Bay Area and have been full time agents since.
They made the move to Nevada County in 1994 to better their quality of life. They have consistently been top producers in their field and love helping others find their dream in Nevada County.
Jim and Jane are committed to their clients, whether representing a seller in listing their property or a buyer in finding that perfect fit.
They have become experts on current market conditions by staying on top of the inventory of homes and land. They enjoy touring the new listings as they come on the market. This allows them to guide their clients to the good deals.

Being native Californian’s and having explored most of our beautiful state, we can say without hesitation that there is no place we would rather work and live than Nevada County. We have traveled every mile of our County and found wonderful places to hike, sail, swim, picnic and ride our motorcycles. We enjoy the culture and amenities of both Nevada City and Grass Valley. We love to play tourist and enjoy the restaurants and night spots. The shopping is unique. The community always has something going on so it is rare that we leave town. We do enjoy a trip to Tahoe or San Francisco occasionally. What is most important are the people– friendly and truly happy to be here. |
